Is homeownership a possibility?

Homeownership is the dream of North America. It is what drove millions to leave their homes from all across the world.

People who could never dream of owning a home in Ireland, India, England, the Ukraine or any part of Asia now do so.

Homeownership is the fundamental foundation upon which people have traditionally built wealth.

Will our children be able to? I do not know. I am scared.

Affordability is a very scary thing right now. But we can help them with the equity we have accumulated.

And we can help ourselves – maybe we are going through a divorce, now work as a consultant or took time off during covid and need extra funds at the time of financing.
